Sweet Potato and Lentil Curry (Vegan)

Kilombero Rice, Organic Coconut Milk, Medium Curry Sauce and Swazi Fire

  1. Heat onion and garlic, stirring until browned
  2. Add ½ jar Medium Curry Sauce and 1 teaspoon Swazi Fire sauce
  3. Add the chopped carrot and sweet potato
  4. Add 340g of lentils and 600ml vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 25 minutes
  5. Cook 400g Kilombero Brown Rice by following the preparation instruction on the packet
