Smores - Nutella & Peanut Butter

A firm favourite at family barbecues

Ingredients:

Method:
  1. Prepare the Choc Chip Beer Biscuits as per the instructions on the packet.
  2. Toast the marshmallows over a barbecue, campfire, fire pit, or hob flame turning the stick, or fork, until the outside of the marshmallow is golden brown and just starting to get mushy.
  3. Spread Nutella onto half of the biscuits and peanut butter on the other half and top each Nutella biscuit with a marshmallow and place the remaining peanut butter biscuits on top of the melted marshmallows.
  4. Gently sandwich together and enjoy.
