Smoked Salmon Mini Loaves

Tasty and exquisite for afternoon tea

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Prepare your beer bread mix as per packet instructions up to Step 5.
  3. Mix in smoked salmon, dill, spring onion and lemon zest.
  4. Spoon into the prepared mini loaf pans and bake for approximately 25 minute or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with cream cheese.
