A Traditional Sri Lankan Baked Fish Dish

Ingredients:
  • 250g cubed fish (preferably tuna or prawns)
  • 30g fish curry paste 
  • Floret of cauliflower and broccolli (or vegetables of your choice)
  • ½ cup of water
  • Kilombero Rice to serve

Method:
  1.  Add curry paste and water, then mix together with the fish and vegetables.
  2.  Bake in shallow pan in an oven or in earthenware pot on a low flame until there is no liquid.
  3.  Serve with Kilombero rice
