For a healthier option use Reduced Fat Coconut Milk and turkey

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the mayonnaise, hot mango chutney, curry powder, lime zest and juice. Add seasoning to taste.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, toss with the dressing until well coated. Cover and chill until serving.

(Use reduced fat coconut milk for a healthier version).
